The Advent Series

Imagine creating a holiday season that truly feeds your spirit.

The Advent SeriesWould you like a journey through the season and feel not only connected with your heart and soul, but leaves you feeling more joyful?

Imagine closing out the year in deeper relationship with yourself while creating a loose plan for the coming year.

Leading an authentic life is all about living in the moment but recognizing the power of having a loose plan for your life in place.

The holiday season, no matter what your religious beliefs, is a time of celebration. You don’t have to believe a particular way to use the deeply rooted and rich traditions and symbols of the season as a personal ritual on your path of growth and purpose.

Using the symbolism of each Advent Candle as a guideline for exploring your desires and to feed your spirit so that the holiday period leaves you feeling satiated and deeply pleasured.

Despite the gift giving and family gatherings, this time of year is notorious for leaving each of us desiring a deeper connection. It seems no amount of gifts given or received (nor amount of cookies eaten) can really give us what we seek: a meaningful, restorative, and nourishing holiday season.

The Advent Series is a spiritual journey for the soul exploring the tenets of Hope, Preparation, Joy and Love. The 2017 Advent Series comes with two extra bonuses.

One – As a holiday gift, this course is offered at no cost. Sign Up HERE.

Two – Be nourished by the wisdom and voices of eight additional authors including: Andi Cumbo-Floyd, Becca Rowan, Jenn McRobbie, Karen Milito, Kayce Hughlett, Melissa Bartell, Molly Totoro. and Theresa Reed

The course begins on December 3rd, 2017

I created the Advent Series to serve as a way to nourishing yourself, using the symbolic meanings of the Advent candles as a jumping off point to close out the year and look to the year ahead.

  • In Week One, we’ll explore your hopes and desires for your life in 2018
  • In Week Two, we’re preparing to make more space in the year ahead by ditching what isn’t working (people, stuff, and more)
  • In Week Three, we’re seeking Joy – and learning that it’s OK to be Happy.
  • In Week Four, we’re stepping into Love. It’s time to celebrate your accomplishments and remind yourself that you are deserving of unconditional self-love.
  • And, as a BONUS in Week 5, I’m helping you put it all together to go into 2018 clear about who you are and what you deserve and desire

How does 30 Days to Clarity: The Advent Series work?

Every Sunday, you’ll receive an email exploring the week’s tenet along with a writing prompt for the week. AdventSeries_howEvery Wednesday, you’ll receive an email with optional explorations to take your writing deeper. Every other day of the week, you’ll get an inspirational quote tied to the week’s theme to inspire you and spur your reflection further.

Though based on the meaning of the Advent Candles, this course will NOT be scripture based as I want to create something that crosses all faiths.
